Just got regular Dark Roast coffee. Fresh brewed. Friendly customer service, let me seat for nearly 2 hours. Used WiFi and power to charge laptop, no fuss by any employees.
Visited here on super bowl Sunday morning before hitting the slopes. What a standup team- the place was packed and they were efficiently hammering out orders. Got my stuff pretty fast considering the crowd.
Sunday feb 6 at about 6pm I went in and ordered an almond milk chai. My drink came out and it clearly had espresso in it. I let them know and they acted like I was wrong and wouldn’t even look at the cup. I felt crazy. I asked my friends and when we opened the cup- it had whip on it and they confirmed it definitely had coffee in it. They sent out a chai and asked me if I took a pistachio latte- I told them I could t know because the label was for my drink and all I knew was it wasn’t right. Then, we weren’t sure they gave be almond milk and I’m VERY allergic cow milk. Then they completely skipped my friends drink. We have all worked at Starbucks and were trying to be as kind as possible while still getting what we ordered.
Me and my wife love this Starbucks it's right close to everything the casinos, heavenly village, and all the fun local shops the baristas are always very quick with drinks and usually they are very full incapacity I will always shop here because I know a lot of the baristas and they're the only ones I trust to make my drink
Baristas poorly trained. They decide how a drink is served instead of listening to what the client really wants. Not applying Starbucks operating principles.
Friendly staff, always clean and great location to sit outside (or in) with he free wifi.
We just arrived from San Leandro, CA. to visit and relax in this beautiful town and right here, they give us a excellent welcome. Specially the young associate who take our order. It was excellent ?!
