From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service and food was excellent. We arrived as a party of 12 and the staff quickly made space for us to sit.Our server,Jonathan was fantastic. He answered our questions and made recommendations on what to eat. He was on top of everything that we could possibly need. Then the food came...omg...the food was amazing! And the various sauces available enhanced the flavour. I would highly recommend going here.

Fun spot with lots of outdoor dining and convenient location rwith good parking ight off the highway. Tru smoked BBQ. We usually get a combo plate of ribs and brisket. REALLY good onion rings and potato salad. Skip the collard greens but ceasar salad is good and for sure order the pig wings appetizer. Also suggest the brisket tacos! 3 for $10 makes a good meal! Lots of good beers on tap and they carry Pepsi products which makes us happy.
Just driving back from the basin of Lake Tahoe and passed this place. Looked like a nice spot to grab some lunch and they had great reviews and online presence. It was Wednesday around 130 and no crowd at all, but this was after snow had been dumped in the area recently killing the tourism this week since the slopes are closed and it was really cold over the weekend. After talking to Kyle behind the bar about some of those best dishes, I decided on the brisket sandwich and baked beans. The meat was very moist and not dried out the way brisket can be at some places when not prepared correctly. It had a touch of Texas and Carolina to it with their sauce. Also tried the Carolina sauce and the sweet sauce added to it. Instead of a hamburger bun like most places serve a sandwich in, the bun was more of a hoagie style roll. It was flatly and very good. The baked beans had more of a Carolina taste to them which I like and were also very good…not mushy beans, firm. Looks like they had a nice outdoor space that would do well when the weather gets better. Kyle told me that they were slammed last week and had the patio open, but the snow this weekend killed them. Great service overall from Kyle and the food came out very fast. Really good BBQ and this is coming from someone who lives in the South and knows good BBQ.
This place was awesome! Service and food did not disappoint. They were busy at 1 pm and we can see why. Service was great despite being so busy. We ordered the Chili Verde tender pork (lots of big chunks which was nice to see) with the jalapeño corn bread. The bread was a little on the dry side with very few pieces of jalapeño but the chili verde made up for it. I ordered the BBQ Nachos Grande with half pulled pork and half brisket. (Server's recommendation). They were so, so yummy! I know I'm going to miss being able to get these again any place else that would stack up to them. Even our server said that he will order nachos when he's traveling but always comes back here for theirs because nothing compares. I agree.
The food is delicious, and the service is fantastic. A good place to try when you're in the area and want some good barbecue and the fixins.
The food is great. We had deep fried mac and cheese. Relish. Waiting on the bbq chicken and beef ribs which I of course ordered 3 extra fibs.
The BEST BBQ I ever had. This place looks pretty local and the servers are great. Alls their sauces and the honey butter are made in house. The honey butter is to die for.We ordered the baby pork ribs. The meat was cooked to perfection and would just fall apart the bone.I am definitely coming back here for the awesome food and the great service.
This place is a local favorite and a favorite of ours when we visit Tahoe. Great food, great service and ice cold beers! Cooked low and slow and melt in mouth delicious.
Kyle has a killer team assembled here! Had cocktails and shirmp & grits at the back bar on Monday afternoon to watch the end of the golf tournament. Super fun vibe and spot on service from the bartenders. Food is always fresh and spot on, and great variety of cockails. Love this place! A definite fave!
