If I could give zero stars I would. Visiting from Texas and haven't had Round table in years. We drove from tahoma here specifically for lunch... Dying for RT pizza! We were turned away. The man stated he was the only one working and he couldn't possibly take any more orders.! I've never heard of such a thing in my life. Nothing like turning away business... unprofessional and rude to say the LEAST! Not sure the owners were aware of how the business is being run. Hopefully they read this.
I've gone to this Round table 4 times and always had great ???. The same gentleman has been very professional. Didn't have pint glasses and made sure we where given a generous top off to make a pint from a smaller glass. ???
Not sure what's with Tahoe but the customer service is never good. You order the pizza at 4:25. They tell you the pizza will be ready at 5:07. You drive down and show up at 5:14 and it's still not ready. You finally get it the pizza at 5:45. Did they start making the pizza when I showed up? ?
The worst place ever. Waited 1 hour for a small personal pizza. Every customer there was going crazy with waiting time. Disaster of a place!
Overpriced and they will destroy your order. Lake Tahoe pizza company or Raley’s would be a better bet.
We ordered online not knowing that the power outage affected their hours that day. Despite getting there at 9PM and not taking any more orders, they were willing to go through the order and even allowed us in for some warmth from the cold outside. Great service! Also, they didn’t skip on the quality. The food is warm and delicious. Thank you a million!
The Saturday night crew at this Round Table really helped my girlfriend and I out when we were in a pinch. A planned power outage was going to cause them to shut down early and ordering online, my girlfriend and I did not know this. This crew still went through with the order and did not skip on the speed or quality. Enjoying it now! Thank you guys soooo much!
Extra large pizza they said it would cover 4 to 5 people , however, 3 people finished it on lunch. Not sure if we were hungry or the pizza size was small to our expectation..lol. Pizza tasted good !
Love this brand! When we visited the area, they treated us well, the online ordering worked perfectly, our food was ready, in time & was delicious. My only constructive feedback was that the store was a bit dirty, but even that seems more indicative of the current difficulties in staffing, rather than lack of commitment to cleanliness. We definitely recommend this place.
Took a long time for our food and they forgot to add extra sauce. I would just be sure they get your preferences and ask how long it might take
