This was our last stop before leaving Lake Tahoe. Decided to have just tacos. We ordered about 10 tacos. Also ordered some guacamole.Loved the chorizo sausage meat.Also loved the fact that they have a condiments bar where I could take as much as I wanted. I love a lot of onions with my tacos.The remaining tacos were okay.Ambience - 4 out of 5Service - 4 out of 5Taste - 2.5 out of 5Value for money - 2.5 out of 5Would I go back again? Probably not. I found a couple other Mexican restaurants that had way better food than this and one of them was even cheaper than this place.

Located in the Round Hill area of S. Lake Tahoe, you will discover a treasure of a Mexican restaurant with easy access and great food at value pricing!! Loved the Shrimp Barito and every other item on their menu so far. Even stopped in for togo meals when not enough time to sit and enjoy their personalized service! Always a must stop for a great meal!!
Do you like good, wholesome, filling food? Then this is the right spot. Seriously, if you’re hungry, their super burrito will fix you right up. The thing is the size of a baby. The meat was on point. So good!
Real food that feels good to eat. Had a real bad night...almost frost bitten and we had a breakfast burrito and a coffee and it really turned our day around. Really warmed us up and made us feel good. I'd like to go more often and btw the chickens are so good too...and everything is priced so reasonable, portions are big too. Muchas gracias muy bueno :)
We oder food to take.to the hotel right across the street the server taking our order was very attentive and supper fast she got all of put crazy request do e property and no issues most of our meals were tasty except the 7 mares that was pretty crazy and we had 3 next time stick to fajitas...
The food was ok. The Carne Asada was very good. The Chile Rellanos could have been better. The Taco Salad was good.
Great food! Ate here twice during a two week stay. I highly recommend the Shrimp Burrito! I also tried the Carnitas Burrito. While good, the Shrimp Burrito was amazing. Tortilla chips were warm and crispy. Staff was friendly and helpful. This establishment is very popular with locals. Prices were reasonable and portions guaranteed you were not leaving hungry. My only critique would be cleanliness of restaurant.
awesome place, carnitas tasted so good. they also have a funny monkey statue next to the drink dispenser. also very hospitable employees.
So good ?. They’re rice and beans are to die for. And their food is so fresh. If you eat at a lot of other places in South Lake you may end up getting sick but not here! Fresh and yummy. Always great service. My favorite is the tostadas! And my girlfriend is in love with the mex cheese enchiladas. You guys are the best!
