Lousy food! Tacos were cold and tasted like they were cooked yesterday, the cheese wasn't even melted. Same with the fresh. The coke was good though.
Covid struck hard here in Tahoe! With a crew of 2, thats right 2 employees. They held their own with a decent sized lunch line today. Thank you my cheddar combo was amazing!!
Worst place in town ever.. why are they still open. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes straight waiting for one car to move forward. Either get better service or close
I feel so bad for this spot. It's had the hardest time during all this. The employees that Did show Up are the best.

Elba was one of the rudest managers at Jack-in-the-box. She refused to help me as a dasher and only yelled about how "it was not on her screen!!!" Not helpful in any way. Dashers beware. Elba also yelled at every customer coming through and complained about her staffing problems. Very unprofessional, corporation/franchise should consider removing her.
Tacos and Extreme Sausage sandwich always good no matter where you go. It is a JOKE that outside and inside Dining and RESTROOMS are closed - in Hesperia and in South Lake Tahoe. I guess Jack In The Box makes more money by not having these amenities open, Terrible
