All our food was cold when served after waiting almost 40 minutes. Coffee was burnt and tasted bad. Our server beyond incompetent, took down our order wrong. Had to ask for a fried egg 3 times. Ordered protein stack and got crepes?? Wasn't offered water when we sat down. Missed order items and still got it wrong multiple times. Pancakes freezing. Bad service over all wouldn't recommend ?‍?

Where do I begin with this establishment? The first red flag should've been when I pulled up and no cars where here. I walked in no one was there except for us 1 waiter and one cook. A little skeptical but me and my family were hungry. The waiter was nice a little slow coming to our table when ready to order. Once we ordered and received our food. I ordered 2 blueberry ricotta pancakes combo I got a dime size ricotta no blueberries! one of my kids got their burger and the bun was burnt top and bottom bun, hashbrowns were extremely crispy burnt. Food wasn't the greatest unless you love burnt food this establishment is the place for you!

Overall nice branch and friendly staff.The place is clean but a bit smelly. The food was served yummy and fresh.The service was overall good and quick.

Had a delicious beef omelet served with toast and to drink, I had a hot chocolate. My husband ordered a Cali turkey melt with French fries, which he said was really good. To drink he had an orange juice. Service was quick, and waitress was nice and attentive.

Our server was great ? amazing lady. The only thing I would say was the cooks messed up our food twice but I'm not taking stars away because the server was so kind and on top of it, she made it right and the food was good. Also it was super busy so it was understandable.

My order was the sirloin tips. I ordered them this morning medium well but it came very well done. I figured I’d order them medium well so it wouldn’t be burnt but that was a mistake.

The place was open but the girl nor the cook wore masks. She kept messes up with my gift card and had to have me write everything I wanted to order. We ordered and when we got back to the Ridge up the mountain, we started to eat. We had things we didn't order and didn't get our hash browns noe mozo sticks. We were not the happy campers. We should've checked our food before leaving.

One of the worst breakfast experiences ever. This place doesn't have enough staff to handle the number of patrons. We waited over an hour for an average breakfast. Go across the street to McDonald's and you can thank me later. Tahoe is too beautiful to spend time waiting forever in a crowded IHOP.

Went today to with a family of 15, Waiter, a Lady with a blonde ponytail, Gave us a disgusting look when seating us. Almost as if we were inconveniencing her in a way, later she waited 40 minutes to serve us, what was she doing for 40 minutes you may ask? NOTHING. She was standing pretty much stalling looking away from us. When she finally decided to serve us we asked for split checks before ordering but she refused saying “it’s too much work” At that point we were done with this lady. Very rude and disgusting the way she treats people. If she feels like being a server is too much work than she shouldn’t be working in a place where its just based on that.

First - the server we had is not friendly. We were a big party seated on different tables, and we asked to pay separately, about 3 separate bills, the server said, I’m only going to do this once, we only allow 2 split checks. We are 3 families.Next - we ordered 3 medium steaks, it was served with pancakes. The steaks were served well done, and dry. I tried to give a feedback, not asking for a replacement, just so they know, instead of apologizing, she even tried to argue and defend. See the photo of the steak.Third, the pancakes were undercooked, all of them, it was like rushed, you can still taste the batter and you will notice the consistency of the pancakes they easily break apart.There were not a lot of guests, and these were several servers staffed. I don’t understand the reason for being unfriendly, rushing and low quality of service.We drove all the way from the bay area wanting to get a normally good iHop meal, we were so wrong in picking this branch.We asked for our check, and it took forever like they retaliated because we gave the constructive feedback.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS IHOP BRANCH.
