The staff did a great job and very nice…the biscuits were good but the pancakes were barely brown and so doughy we couldn’t eat them. The coffee was very weak and not good at all. We loved the ambiance and the eggs and bacon were fine. Gravy was sweet. We won’t try it again though.

outstanding food, decent price. You will probably have to go on a wait list but it will be worth the wait

Food was absolutely delicious and the service was great! Definitely recommend!!

Breakfast was good. However I think a nice touch for blueberry pancakes would be blueberries in the pancakes. Banana Parkes would be delicious as a banana fosters type. Not just the fruit topping. Gets busy would go early

My wife loved the blueberry pancakes and my son in law really liked the strawberry pancakes. My daughter and I had the buttermilk pancakes and they were really good.?

Food: 3/5Service: 3.5/5Ambiance: 3.5/5Overall: Typical diner fare that is open fairly early. The extended review...Food:Swiss Crepes San - 3/5 - I like that you could get a little bit of everything in this dish. The only thing I have to say is that the crepes seemed to be a little bit thicker than typical. They tasted more like pancakes to me.Service: 3.5/5 - Standard service.Ambiance: 3.5/5 - It has that typical diner feel to it.

We have a few favorite breakfast spots in Tahoe, and Heidi's ranks high on the list. This place gets BUSY on the weekend and is only open for breakfast and early lunch, so plan ahead. I like the swedish pancakes and my hsband chooses one of the assorted omelettes each time. They have good coffee for a diner vibe, which is a happy surprise! I would say it is on the pricey side for breakfast, but portions are big and we always take home a to-go box of leftovers.

Visiting Heidi's Pancake House made me feel like I had the sweetest Swiss grandparents who were elated that I had come to visit. The decor is charming and cozy, the food is simple yet delicious, but by far the best part was to be greeted by the amazing individuals who make up the staff. I have to give a loud shout out to Roberto and Amanda for taking such great care of my wife and myself. I can't wait to come back for another wonderful visit!

This little local icon of a restaurant was right next to the hotel we stayed at and what a wonderful experience. My husband had a breakfast which he said was great, and I had a chicken strip salad with an asian dressing that was to die for! The salad was put into a bowl made from salad leaves and had beautiful crusted chicken breast strips on top. So creative and very good!

Delicious! We had blueberry pancakes and french toast with a poached egg and bacon. very friendly stuff. busy place on a saturday morning but we only had to wait for 5minutes to get a table. we got our breahfast very quickly and eberything was tasty. funny swiss decoration (being from switzerland).- we had a good laugh. would defenitely recommend for breakfast.
