I placed an order over the phone this morning and not only is this the “sandwich” he got but they overcharged more than what the prices are online, no notice or anything. my burrito was supposed to be $8.99 and his was supposed to be $7.99. they charged $11.99 for both of them, if I was notified about that over the phone that would have been fine but you don’t even tell your customer you’re charging them more? super disappointed, the breakfast burrito was good but would not go back here.
This place is so bad I literally left my food on the bench outside. It reminds me of bad airport food. They don't bother to ask if you'd like to eat in because it doesn't matter, your getting your food in to go containers either way.The only thing worse than the food, was waiting 32 minutes for it, despite the place being completely empty, at 6:30pm on a thursday. The tilapia was drenched in a sauce so thick we didn't even realize there was fish underneath. It also came it a 10 cent plastic to go container. A pre-made salad at Safeway is better than the Caesar salad that we ordered. This place makes IHOP look like the French Laundry. I wouldn't eat here if it was the last place open on the whole mountain.
I really wanted to give this business 5 stars and would give them a 4.5 if that were an option. To start, the food was good. I ordered the Western omelette for myself and a Veggie omelette for my wife. Bothe were generous in size and reasonably priced, a very good value considering it is steps from the Heavenly Ski Gondola. My order was Wray to pickup in less than 20 minutes, awesome. The staff were polite. Great location if you are staying at either Marriott properties in Heavenly village. They missed my request for mushrooms on the Western omelette and my toast was rock hard, thus missing a perfect 5 score. Good job overall and I’ll try them again next time I am in the area
This is the closest breakfast place to the heavenly gondola rides. There are only a few options for breakfast in the complex. The food was just okay. The menu has many choices. The cappuccino was good. The Rueben sandwich tasted ok.Chicken conquistador was also okish. I expected more from this little cozy cafe but was slightly disappointed.
Staff is friendly, but, it's not very well kept. Floor is dirty display cases are not presented well, pastries are haphazardly strewn about, icing melted, sticking to each other, smears on the glass etc etc. Much better cafés in the vicinity.
Delicious veggie omelette (made with white eggs- optional). Good variety of donuts, juices/smoothies.
I've not long arrive to the states from Australia where it isn't customary to tip. However, it is my understanding that a tip is paid to reward and give gratitude to the wait staff for their service, and paid according to the level they provided to you.I ordered two items from the lady at the counter, I proceeded to pay with card, and then quickly promted into the amount of tip I wanted to add before we even got a chance to sit down. When our meal was ready a 'ding' on the bell chimed. My meal was waiting for me, in a takeaway container at the counter for me to stand up, collect, and return back to my table.Tips should be earnt not entitled to. Meal was nice, but customer service needs improvement.
Alleight place for an allright breakfast. They are quick. The place is tiny and gets packed.4/5.
Do not let "cafe" deter you from this place. They have an efficient online ordering system that did not disappoint. Ordered from here twice in a week and both times the food was perfect and the wait time well under their estimate.
The name says it all! Here are the reasons why you should visit. 1. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by very nice people. 2. There were no mistakes in the order and the food was great. 3. I don't know about other cafes but this place has freshly squeezed orange juice.
