The food is so pricey for for a burger but you get extra fries whether you want them or not (granted you order fries) So a bag full of fries to grease up the paper bag is what you'll get, super greasy food. In addition, if you order a shake it will melt within a matter of minutes. Waste of money, in my opinion, unless you like that type of "shake".
Five stars for the food and service, 3 stars for the price. $19 for a burger and hot dog?? Wow. That said, the service was friendly and amazing and the food was great.
One star goes to the guy who has glasses and black beard. He is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I hope any supervisor or manager will see my review and make him change his attitude
Five Guys in my opinion puts , all other burgers to shame. It's the best I've ever had. Great place to have 1 or 2... The fries are all so Great!!! Try it you'll like it!!
A bit too proud of these burgers are they. My apologies to the fans of this establishment but not worth the money. Not even close. Great and clean restaurant as far as presentation. Thats where it stopped for me though. Sad face!!

The milkshake I ordered was runny like soup though I even asked for malt powder to thicken it. Didn't taste the malt in it. When I had asked for a refund, I even apologized for needing a refund and not liking the consistency. I was trying to be as kind as possible about the matter. When the manager approached me, he asked me what the problem was, so I told him that the milkshake was extremely thin and soupy. He just stared me down and didn't say anything like "oh I'm sorry about that, I can definitely get you a refund for that." Or if even say something like "that's how we make our shakes here. I'm sorry it isn't to your liking. Hope next time we can get you something different". When I was given my refund, the manager was extremely rude and said nothing as he handed me my cash back. He literally didn't say, "sorry", "have a good day" or "goodbye" or anything. Screw these corporate businesses that are making our warm hearted town seem slimy and gross. I ended up going to Sno-Flake Drive In and had the most incredible malt from them and the absolute sweetest customer service. Idky I didn't just end up going there in the first place. Would have saved myself the cringy vibes.
Perhaps the least care ever in preparing a $13 hamburger. Bacon cheeseburger came without bacon and a paper thin bottom bun because it was mis sliced. With a small fries, soda & tip totaling $23. That’s sit down full service restaurant pricing.Oh and having not 1 of the dozen bags of the free peanuts open and no paper trays…5 Star Failure Guys
Good burger but this location is pretty slow even without a rush.
Order a couple orders of there Cajun fries, and they had so much seasoning on them. They weren’t enjoyable and we ended up throwing it away. That is ridiculous
