A fun and unique place. We dined in for the all you can eat. A little pricey, but was a fun time. Service was good, they get super busy so be prepared! I wish I could remember our waiters name, he was great and helped get my mom who was feeling sick from her chemo treatments something soft she could eat that was off menu. He was so great!
Delicious food, good drinks and so much fun to watch them cook the food! The gentleman cooking for us was Luis and he was so much fun, friendly and nice to talk to.I was nervous for how a the buffet style setup would be handled given the pandemic and it was handled quite well in my opinion. You sanitize your hands, then put a glove on your dominant hand (that you'll be grabbing the buffet utensils with) and are then allowed to go around and get your food.
Nice place for family lunch, we visited twice during our stay in Lake Tahoe. Great pricing for lunch … the food was very fresh and the grill staff is very friendly and entertaining.
This place had AMAZING food and if I lived closer I would visit it so much. Highly recommend!!! The waiters and cooks are so kind and the place is also clean. :)
We go to Tahoe every year for 10 days and finally tried this place. Outside and inside are set up differently. Inside is the All You Can Eat grill, and outside you order alcohol & appetizers at a window. We ate outside and it was disappointing.A couple of complaints:1) There's no real "Happy Hour". We ordered a few drinks that were supposedly on special for Happy Hour, but when we looked at the reciept, we were charged normal price. For example, my margarita was noted as $5 on their website for Happy Hour every day. I was charged $10.99. My spouse's 2 beers were also on Happy Hour. He was charged $10 for each beer, which was regular price.2) No joke, but 30 minute line to order food/beer/check out if you have a tab open.Been doing my annual vacation for 20+ years now, and finally checked this off as a place to try. Trust me when I say there's way better options for Happy Hour around the village.
Excellent food with excellent service. We had a very pleasant time here for lunch after a long morning. Very well priced!
The location in Heavenly Village is perfect year round with indoor and outdoor seating. I was surprised to find this place was Mongolian BBQ style dining , but on a high end. The food was very fresh, excellent selection, a bit different from many Mongolian BBQ's in how you layer up your items and add liquids. The cooks are entertaining!!!! Almost like the old Benihana cooks that cook and entertain you. Be sure to give them a good tip! They are fun to watch. There is a great bar and service in good.
We really enjoyed hanging out at the bar after a long day of skiing. My buddy met us and we were well served by the attentive bartender. We will be back to try some more of the signature dishes.
Very nice concept was very interesting in trying it out. Parking was a pain and it was sort of hard to find. More detail on the website on the location can help. Valet service we found best for $20 you can be right there at the restaurant but took some driving around in circles to find. Very crowded inside and I would hate to be the tables they parked around the cooking circle. I feel like one or two less tables there could make moving around a bit easier. Food was good waiter was attentive. Pepsi products here for those asking and I didn't see the ability to make a Philly cheese steak. Food was good and they kept everything stocked up and wiped downed as best as possible.
We had an incredibly enjoyable evening at Fire and Ice! They accommodated my ski group of 34 people from the Palm Beach Gator Snow Ski Club with first class friendliness and efficiency. I arranged our dinner three months in advance with the manager, Adam. He and his assistant manager, Kyle, were ready for us on the night of our event. The server, Jeanette, handled our group with the same friendliness and efficiency. My group was thrilled with the meal and theme of the restaurant!!!! My highest compliments and thanks to Adam, Ryan and Jeanette for making our evening memorable...we've been recommending your restaurant to our other ski groups from the Florida Ski Council (about 400 other visitors to the area) who are planning to dine at Fire and Ice!
