Ordered food at 7pm said it would be ready at 8:40 got there at 9 and they haven't even started cooking my order which was a large order.Along with me there was a lobby full of people waiting for their food that was ordered hours before! BUT THE CASHIER HELD IT DOWN!!SHE WAS POLITE AND HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DESPITE A LOBBY FULL OF UPSET CUSTOMERS...SHOUT OUT TO THE YOUNG HISPANIC GIRL.(ONLY SAYING HISPANIC GIRL CAUSE I DONT KNOW HER NAME AND SHE DESERVES ALL THE CREDIT)THEY DID GIVE US A FREE 2 LITER AND SOME BROWNIES BUT ALL IN ALL WE ENDED UP WAITING A TOTAL OF 3 HOURS FOR OUR FOOD!!!MANAGER WAS ALSO POLITE AND HAD GOOD SERVICE AS WELL
Absolutely awful dominos location. 2hr wait for pizza, unfriendly/unprofessional staff.For anyone looking for tahoe pizza, head to Blue Dog pizza and don’t bother giving this dominos your business
I ordered online and it took over two hours to receive my order, the order tracker had indicated the order was done for an hour before it was even out for delivery. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't even hot.
Enjoyed Pizza and Stuffed Cheesy bread. Service was good and we all loved pizza and specially stuffed cheesy bread. It was bit cold in lake tahoe but this treat was great. I wonder why they charge for pepper and oregano pouches. But looks like domino's charges everywhere.
Did not fulfill order completely. I was told they were unable to partially refund order, and I would instead have a credit tied to my number for the pizza when their vendor started stocking gf crust. Apparently staff changed with ownership change because they did not believe me since I did not have a paper certificate (that they mail?).Their pizza is OK at best & gf is overpriced, I’m not paying twice to maybe get one pizza.If they mess up your order do not accept anything other than an immediate refund.. I have a hard time believing they actually mail certificates for incorrect orders.
I have no fork to eat my food. I got snowed in. I’m not from here. This is my fist meal of the day. It is 8:10 pm I don’t understand. I asked if there was a fork and I got back to my hotel there was no fork. I and extremely upset.
Decides to close whenever the staff chooses. Today they are closed on a Saturday, 3:00pm. How this Dominoes survives, is beyond me. ? Should be replaced with a business that would take advantage of the benefit of being right off of hwy 50.Edit: It would take 1 second to remove the massive open sign out front. And I just saw someone taking an order out this week?? Based on other reviews, it sounds like you need more than a remodel.
The food was fine. Service was very poor. Placed order online and was told it would be ready in 10-20 minutes, which was fine as we were about 15 minutes away. When I got there, I waited several minutes before anyone came to the counter to offer any help. They were too busy discussing another order they messed up to offer help to another customer. I mentioned that we ordered online, and they were able to find the order. I paid for it then, but they didn't offer a receipt or indicate how much longer it would be. I sat for another 10 minutes without any word of the status of my order before they finally brought it over to the counter (roughly 15 minutes after the later time it was supposed to be ready). When I asked why it took so much longer, they just shrugged and said it all depends on how busy they are. No apologies for the extra time or anything else. Usually you expect better at Domino's.
On July 9th I ordered pizza and wings from here. Waited 2 hours and never saw a delivery person. My order said delivered but I never got it. I called this location upward of 20 times... they didn't even answer a phone call.... drivers!! Probably go to the hotels after the locals.... I won't order every week or 2 if I'm visiting... Just saying
Lidia is the hardest working person I have ever seen at this location. The company needs to give her a bonus or a raise or something.
