Worst Denny's experience ever. Slow service, disorganized staff arguing where customers could hear, food not cooked correctly. My husband and I both have June birthdays and were trying to use our free birthday meals but they couldn't figure out how to input it into their system and there was a line behind us so we finally gave up and paid for our barely edible food.

Its a Denny's, I may have four starred it but our Waitress Eve (I believe) was On Top of It!! Beyond training, she demonstrated an enviable work ethic, attention to service, & some pretty hefty customer relations skills to boot. Kudos
Maybe one of the worst Dennys ever! Cold food and very gimp on the portions! Rather eat a bowl of cereal with tap water! But the server think her name was Katilyn was very nice its not her fault so tip her nice like we did!
Well it was five of us. . Including one high chair for my baby nephew. Everything is great until we decided to get a sippy cup for the road for the baby and order a drink so we can get a free sippy cup. Then the waiter forgot it but other than that it was great and everything was delicious. Funny thing is when we first got there because it was just a day trip for us to lake Tahoe for sledding, the restaurant was really inviting with the smell of BLTs everywhere. And everyone there is very considerate and nice.
The best service I have ever had at a Denny's. This was our backup plan but now I plan on visiting every time I visit Tahoe. Staff was great and the food was delicious.
Good Denny's? You found it. Had the bourbon bacon burger and it was delish, other half ordered grand slam. Everything was hot to the table, and super clean, even the men's restroom smelled pleasant my other half said.The most amazing part is that they were short staffed for my dine in, and it felt as though I had my own waitress.Average price for good food and hospitality.I will definitely come here again.
We ordered using DoorDash tonight and everything was wrong with the order. The DoorDash driver was great, but whoever prepared our meals made them completely wrong. I ordered crepes and there was NOTHING inside of them. Literally just the crepe itself. We also requested no onions and they put onions, cheese hash browns but there was no cheese, the sausage was raw, the starte sampler was supposed to come with boneless wings and they had bones, etc. I hate to be THAT person to complain but this is just ridiculous. We also payed $100, and for what??
I was very satisfied with my service from my waitress Kelly. She was attentive, kind and timely. She was really good at anticipating our needs ie ketchup, drinks refill etc etc. I haven’t been waited on in such an attentive way in a long time. Thanks again :)
