Not a bad place to eat. I have been here twice. After the first visit, my stomach didn't feel very good. After the second visit, my stomach felt better. The staff was friendly. But the kitchen was dirty. This place is not very suitable for me. Maybe this place suits you better than me. Good luck!) I know that many people love this place. Guys this is a horrible chipotle franchise. I bought a burrito bowl with a kids' meal. They made both very spicy. The beans and guacamole was stale and smelling badly. I asked them to change that. A girl came outside, took my bowl and said I am going this to replace it for you. After 5 mins manager came outside and he through half the bowl in the trash and said you have half left so I can't replace this. This manager's tone was weird and his response was horrible. I am going to contact the attorney general of California to check the food quality of this place as they are selling stale food.Horrible place, horrible staff.
Poorly trained staff. Food not up to standards (my brown rice tasted a day old). They ran out of cheese and guacamole. Service was slow and no management to take care of issues like checking me out with reward points.
Zero Stars! The absolute worst most incompetent staff I've ever witnessed. Every person in there should be fired. I love Chipotle, but this place makes me never want to go to another one ever again. I ended up just walking out without the online order I paid for. What a joke. Seriously Chipotle, you need better people, it was pitiful.
Multiple choice, friendly staff, and a large portion of the dishes. Although sometimes the team makes an order a little slow, but it is still our first option during our vacation.
Steak was a little hard to chew but their portions were big. This is the only Chipotle that I have seen with portions like this. I ate two times with one bowl
This is a Great place to stay .... Employees are great food is good casino is like old school style I love it!!! Not like the new casino so big you need a golf cart to get around .. they also have a great RV park. We will be back...
One of the consistently worst chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. My burrito the last two times looked like it was made by a 3 year old. I couldn’t even eat it as a burrito, had to put it in my own bowl. The owner or manager should be ashamed.
most of the time i go to this chipotle restaurant, the restaurant is out of many items on the menu, from meat, veggies, chips to utensils, drinks. my last visit they were out of tortillas and the cardboard bowl. they were using some plastic bowls that were half the size of the original ones and were serving customers in those black plastic mini bowls. half of the times i go to eat here i leave without food. waste of time. lack of serious employees that should be paid well and lack of consistency.
Excellent! Everything tasted fresh and great, matched with good service. The chips we're the only downside, weren't fried well.
