Horrible customer service. A employee by the name of Yvette was just having a bad day and was so rude. I ask for utensils and she said everything you need is in the bag I checked in front of her and told I need spoons and forks(utensils). She put 4 forks in the bag and I told her again I need 4 spoons she said I can only give you two and threw the spoons in my bag. Even the others employees seem surprise by her rudeness. I had my kids with me so told her respectfully she need to take a ten and come back because she was so rude and she said I am fine. She lucky.
I love yoshinoya but this restaurant doesn't cook the meat well at all gave me bad stomach ache for a week.
This location the last 3 times I have ordered and ask the chicken to be well done, they don't. When I let them know I asked for well done I get an attitude and make me wait upto 20 minutes for them to get the order correct. Also they no longer put sesame seeds or onions.
I asked for said all over and the woman taking my order wanted to charge me for extra sauce. When I declined to pay extra I think she told the kitchen to make sure I got very little teriyaki teriyaki the about of sauce I got was so little I should have taken a picture. Teriyaki chicken should have a bit of teriyaki on it.
Ordered the xl combo and it looks nothing like what they advertise. I called to ask if I was served the right order and they said yes because it's position how the xl plate is. Even though it's the same amount of protein they serve in the regular combo bowl. She said instead of the veggies being placed on the plate they serve more protein which if you look at the picture you can clearly see the empty space . Don't advertise a full plate of protein if that's not what you're going to serve.
Always a quick fast food spot on the way home. The staff is always friendly. The food is hot when I get it home. I usually order a combo xl with habanero chicken and teriyaki chicken. The spring rolls are pretty decent and come with a sauce.
The people are nice and the food is always fresh when I go there???

The small guy at the register( small guy who drives the black Type R) is beyond rude and has zero people skills, saw him give the wrong order to a pick up guy and nearly caused a scene and didn’t want to get involved for the mess he made, they really need to fire him also he tends to gossip a lot while you’re ordering , they always have something not stocked.
