Ordered food today through the phone. Showed up to the place and the cashier just left. There was only 1 employee there and she didn't know how to use the register. My order was ready to be picked up. It was right infront of me but unfortunately since she didn't know how to use the register I couldn't even purchase the food. When I say she couldn't use the register I mean that she genuinely didn't know what it was or how it worked. She was just sweeping and waiting for the cashier that just up and left with no word. The Food is great but service is not the best.
Honestly I don’t even know how the heck does this place have 4.1 stars every time since this place has first been open they have a attitude problem not only that food servings and cooking is bad they never give me a fork I sometimes have to eat with my hands or not eat it at all it’s bad and today I decided to say something ?
Painfully average, also the meat taste terrible , the chicken taste expired , there is a reason why they have 2 bowls for 15 bucks. The workers don't even eat at their own place. Says a lot about this waba grill , I'm also trying bring an inspector to check this place out bc way that food is edible
We ordered 4 dinners and two were really good and the two with brown rice were not so good...I think it was the rice.
Richard has great customer service, he attended me well along with Jessica his co-worker. Although they were supper busy they managed to get my order out within minutes. Thank you Waba grill morning team! Keep up the great work.
Plantspired meat veggie bowl is the best!!! Cook is vegetarian conscious cooks on non-meat clean grill. Very clean establishment, a few tables and chairs available to enjoy ? meals eaten here.
Horrible place to go eat if you wanna be ignored while ordering your food , I had an issue with a worker and a said to be manager “Marlene C.” Whom I don’t believe was a manager at all was on her Apple Watch while I was taking my order got my orders wrong and and told her that if she would have gotten off her phone she would have taken the order correct , she didn’t like so she decided to mean mug me the whole time I was there until I told her to stop looking at me and asked for a manager Marlene told me she was the “manager” so then I asked for the corporate number cause no one should go in to a place of business and buy and be ignored and mistreated so I proceeded to ask for her corporate number , to no suprise she goes to the back as soon as I asked and calls her actual manager(on the phone ) and her manager tells her she doesn’t have to give me the corporate office number then she threatened to refuse service to me after that so I asked for my money back , this is no way to treat a daily customer . I don’t think Marlene enjoys her job maybe it’s time for a new one since she isn’t so good at this one .
