My kids always ask for dumplings when we eat here..
The lady at the counter was so nice. There was only one person in line so we didn't wait long to order but then it got busy and there was only two people working there. One cooking and one cashier. Our order took about 15-20 minutes!! I felt bad because they cashier was taking orders and also packing the food and helping the cook. These companies/management really don't care about their employees. I've been in that situation and it's frustrating. Do better

i ordered a side salad and a piece of an actual root of some kind was inside, it was MUDDY and wet!! it was super nasty to stay the least. didn’t go back to the restaurant to say something bc they are rude and always in a hurry and i didn’t want another salad. waba doesn’t properly sanitize their food!!
The food and service was good. The Waba bowl was perfect.
The place has a bad odor. They take forever for the orders I've been here waiting over 15 mins I go up and ask about my order and they tell me they don't have white rice that I have to wait another 10 mins
Love ordering the tofu bowl here. Management needs to hire more employees - the cooks/cashiers work hard, but they always seem understaffed.
