Music inside was so loud and profane, I couldn't hear myself think nonetheless talk to anyone. Had to practically scream to get my order heard. Drinks are good so three stars.
I used to really love this place but since they hired these new empolyes they keep on playing really obnoxiously loud and profane music. Their food and drinks are still good but I really can't stand staying inside for to long.
This was by far one of the worst places I have ever been too no kind of customer service there was 4 employees and not one greeted us or told us will be right with you we were standing there for 10 to 15 minutes and nothing. We had got the same type of service the first time and decided we'd give them a second chance but instantly regretted and they ran out of Boba. What Boba place runs out of Boba ridiculous Horrible place. Never again.
This spot is my to go spot to get boba drinks. So unique in flavors and so delicious. My favorite is the creme brule.
After entering here to try it out I noticed the employees only paying attention to online orders and not the line in front of them. I came the second day but different time and same thing, walked away both times. They should at least have one person attending the store and others attending online orders. Needless to say I won't be trying this place out, I'll stick to my regular options.
They have one of the best orange chicken, and of course the caramel boba is the best. I definitely recommend, they take a minute to get the order ready but its worth it.
The super size is not 36 oz.. and they will not admit to it. The management doesn't do anything about this matter. Imagine how much money they have been stealing from people by false advertising.
Actually the cutest place ever and especially the cups, I got one of the limited time cups, and can we talk about about cute the cow print on the cups are.
Had a terrible experience with this place. I decided to place an order via Uber Eats which claimed this place to be open and just to be safe I checked online as well. After placing the order and having the app tell me that my order was ready, I come to find out that my order wasn’t ready in fact it was never made because the store was closed. I tried to call them but no one answered confirming that the store was indeed closed which sucks because I was still charged for the entire order. Would not have wasted my time and money had they updated their closing times online and didn’t accept my order in the first place.
A lot of options. Can't go wrong no matter what you get.
