Wow...the cooks and the cashier.. horrible.. I wouldn't spend money or EVEN USE YOUR EBT.. UNFORTUNATELY I USED MONEY..ORDER 3TACO COMBO..TACOS SOGGY ,and the literally THREW IT INSIDE THE BOX ,MY CHICKEN and lettuce wasn't even inside it was in between the shells.. before I left asked for salsa' they said was inside.. NOTHING..OVERALL.IF I CAN GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD ..AS A CONSUMER..AND LATE NIGHT MUNCHIE EATER..TWO THUMBS DOWN...
There always great like lord Jesus food be so fresh and tasty staff be great too and I stay coming here for years
Didn't like the food. My son was crying he wanted a orange that they had up in the counter for the orange juice they make there I ask if they will sell me one for my baby but they refuse. Not going ther anymore. Because the staff ther are all yung kids very unprofessional eating and drinking out in the front like they are the owners.
I love all of the Tom's Junior locations... they have so much variety and they're usually fast and have good customer service.
The young lady at the window was very rude and flipped me off I never got my original order and when u call in to complain the higher up staff are just as rude . If you never ate there please don't YOU WILL REGREAT IT. Ps if you don't like your job go back to school and get a better one
Food is good and drive-thru didn't have to wait that long it moved pretty quick the only thing is they don't make enough secret sauce
I asked for no salad on my chicken dinner and my bag flipped over and there was salad everywhere. Bad costumer serves
The food is awesome and customer service for the most part is always great, the only thing that sucks is that when it gets a big busy they will make you wait while they get the orders behind you done, also if you have a lowered car, that steep driveway on the way out will be nasty.
It is not sanitary!!!!! There is a girl handling food, WITHOUT GLOBES, touching napkins and placing them on top of the food, touching utensils and placing them on top of food. She also had two big strands of hair coming out her hat(which should be protecting her hair from touching food) coming in and out delivery/drive thru bags of food, they are literally whipping the food. I know because I saw her working procedure. No hand sanitizer used, no changed of gloves done, By any cashier, one literally grabbed the cup of soda from a customer and proceeded to give him a refill, without globes, and then handing out food. It was disgusting. No of them seem to care, the only person wearing globes was the man making the food. That is it. I will definitely not come back to this Place.
They were fast even though the line was pretty long when we got there. The food was freshly made and delicious. I love having so many fries I can share and still have plenty for myself.
