Well the new owners are not that great and they keep making the prices higher the only person I like is the cashier she's very,very nice ❤️?
Been around in my neighborhood for a long time. So for me it was a rare and random visit , however, felt good to go to something familiar. They are very business like owners yet graceful with my situation. Even though there was a slight language barrier. When they helped each other to come up with a solution to my situation. In my book that is a very good grasp on fundamentals of customer service.Although I'm not a frequent flyer. I would like to go again, as well as, recommend to visit.

Everything I've ever had from here has been pretty good. I usually just come randomly for fries because they give you a lot and make them fresh ? only thing is I wish the guys in the back would wear their masks and properly.
Don’t come here the lady gives attitude and she gave me a expire drink. Manager got to regulate her employees.

I ordered some chili cheese fries yesterday and I had moldy fries in thier and I actually ate one by accident I was Soo disappointed and disgusted make sure to look at ur food before eating just gross
I used to go to this Tom's years ago (80's-90's...) and loved their food and service. Now, today 2021, drive thru is horrible. Never got to order from their speaker drive thru ordering area (20 mins waiting time) that i got out of the drive thru to get down, park and order inside. I then got to order after another 10 mins before order was finally taken and then it took about another 20-25 minutes till i received my order for breakfast. Almost an hour!?!? Forget about this place... its not the same any more. i feel bad for posting this review but feel that i had to do this to see if anyone else has experienced this recently as well. Or was it that they low on staff and today was just a bad day for me to show up when they were low on staff which effects their service. I know about over a year ago the place shut down and was boarded up. Not sure about these new owners... or is it the same owners? Hmmm, not sure but hope this was just today and they get things back up and running smoothly. 2 stars for now from me for today's visit. :/
