The burgers and the rest of the food are delicious but idk if its the cashiers or the people making the food but they're so stupid. I once ordered a double cheese burger with CLEARLY no pickles. Once I got my order, I got a burger with 4 pickles. And that's not all folks, I ordered Sprite with ice and instead got hochata. And I once ordered a plain taco de pollo and got a taco that was loaded.
Used to love coming here all the time for breakfast/diner, but noticed thier quality has declined over the years. Not sure what happened. The last order we got was pretty bad, food wasn't cooked right.
Club sandwich was pretty good.BIG fry portion.Cashier at drive thru friendly and good customer service skills.But, the wait tho...it took over 20 minutes to get through from lining up to getting my order at the window.If it wasn't for the long wait, it would have been a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. ???

The they said they had coke but then say the don’t have coke and the were women hair on my soda cup I am a male
I used to love this place and would come here all the time since 2005 but lately they've been nothing but a disappointment. The sodas taste funky, the chili cheese fries are a gamble (not sure why they always change the chili sauce), and the burgers are not seasoned like they used to be.
My family and I have been customers of this locations for 12+ years. We’ve ate here countless times and the previous employees all knew us and greeted us every time we dined in because we were regular customers. We’ve moved out of South Gate but when we visit we always picked up something to eat from here. We occasionally got orders mixed up but it would get fixed with no problem until recently. The lady who took out order ANA was the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered at this location. She didn’t explain herself clearly while ordering and got an attitude when we asked her to clarify because we were confused. We placed an order based on her description on a family meal and also ordered a grilled chicken dinner but when we got our order the chicken dinner was fried and the family meal was not what she described. The drive thru employee who handed us our food was very helpful and offered to fix our order. We parked and waited for the food to be corrected. Ana brought the food to our car and told us we had to pay extra for the family meal because what we wanted costed more than what we ordered. While we understood that it costed more we wanted her to admit that she made a mistake when explaining the order to us. Her description of the family meal wasn’t correct and she charged us for something else. We asked how the mix up happened and with the nastiest attitude she said either pay the extra amount or I’ll take the food back. I then went inside to complain about her customer service. I asked for the manager and she yelled again with her attitude that there was no manager at that time. She was so disrespectful and acted like she owned the place. That was it for us. We’re no longer customers.
