Very slow service, and the guy talked so low I didn’t understand what he was saying and a line was forming, and I did not want to be rude, so I just paid for whatever it is he charged because he was taking forever. I asked to make the subs the meal deal and he was like I’m not charging the meal deals, did you want them? I was like is this guy serious, and other people in line probably thought I was the one indecisive taking forever.
Slow service. Only one person serving for lots of people.
I ordered meatball subs and 2/5 meatballs were hard and burned. I was going to order cookies but saw a fly was in the case. Told the cashier and she could care less. Never again.
They messed up the sandwich I asked them to cut it and they didn’t every time I said something they didn’t get hear me correctly and they didn’t add the ingredients I wanted on them either.

Bread was dry, falling apart. I also asked for Italian but got wheat, didn't fight it because the guy couldn't really understand English, didn't taste that great.
