I went through the drive through today at 12:27pm and asked for my drink to be made with oatmilk and it wasn’t. I decided to pay for the person behind me just to be generous, the guy attending at the window said “are you sure, it’s not the best idea to pay for other people you should just tip us instead that saves us a lot of work” I was like I do this once a month ( pay for the person behind me) and he said well don’t do that anymore and just tip me instead and he had a very nasty attitude.
This place is a go to for me I love the way they treat you and others plus my self amazing real life take a load off and relax amazing place with great staff and personal ...great new mixed coffee I love it fast service what more can you ask for it is the place to be....
If you come here to get away to study or even a conference meeting, this place is not it. The music is extremely loud. Even after several attempts to ask for music to be lowered the workers simply ignore my request. People sitting right next to each other must lead towards to hear the other person speak. In my case I cannot study or hear my zoom meeting class because the music is so loud and distracting it os such a disrespect.
There is a Starbucks worker here that when you order something from this location and if for some reason someone takes your stuff instead of replacing them with what u original order she gives you whatever she chooses to and still charges you for what you previously ordered but she claims that whatever she gave you is what you ordered even if you have receipt proof that she’s wrong so keep an eye on on your order ?
Made me wait a long while for coffee, when I went to ask they told me they were barely brewing new coffee. They didn't like I had asked, they looked at me as if it was an inconvenience.
This place is nice inside however they're so slow you could even order your food online for takeout through the app and you'll still have to wait when you get there for a good 20 to 30 minutes I don't know if it's their short-staffed or what it is but you do wait a long time for your order so don't recommend going there
Horrible manager!! My friend was supposed to be transferring to this store. She left her job only for this manager to never call her back. She would call everyday and never got an answer from him. Very unprofesional on his end. He didn't even bother thinking that he would leave some one without a job knowing that she has a family to feed. Now i see why this store has so many bad reviews in general?
I ordered around 8:20 am on January 16. I ordered crispy grilled cheese on sourdough, ham, Swiss on baguette, toasted white hot chocolate, and peppermint hot chocolate. I got everything correctly except for the toasted white hot chocolate. I got some white stuff with ice and whipped cream (gold milk)! I don't usually go to Starbucks so I had my phone out reading directly from their menu. I told the lady handing me my order that it was wrong and she started arguing with me saying that I didn't order toasted white hot chocolate. She eventually took it back and handed me iced watered down coffee. I gave up because a month prior to this I ordered a hot chocolate and toasted white hot chocolate but they only gave me hot chocolate. I would have been fine if she had just handed me what I ordered the second time but to hand me something that is completely different AGAIN? Nope. I will NOT be coming back here.
My order had been waiting on the counter for 10 mins already and no one was letting me know it was mine till I got up and check for myself.
Drove for no reason, once I got there and waited in line an employee came out to tell me and the other car behind me that they were closed they did took the order for other cars not mine. bad customer service, I don't like the service here I've been here a few times and is always something
