I do not recommend this place to anyone, very unsanitary...The lady putting the boxes together had the bright idea of setting her germ filled phone on top of the boxes ( on the side the pizza sits).Worse , she had a very rude attitude.I really hope management resolves this issue and gives their employees better training.Specialy their supervisors/management.
Experience is overall good , the pizza Is good but this is a business a pizza place , they need more attentive ppl , the cashiers they hire , are girls who are overly dressed wearing mini shorts and no gloves when handling the pizza , plus they spend too much time gossiping , they can't even handle the money right and change either because of their long nails , prontos needs better imagery for their store .
I have always buy pizza there it auto be good with nice and soft crust and a bit more cheese but it seems lately they been changing workers or owner but there pizza is not the same anymore the last two me I buy there they will loose my business with them and one more thing the last time I pass by and I buy a pizza and guess what the pizza that they gave me was burnt and Cain off dry so if anyone goes there please double check ya pizza to not to be burnt and dry

Pronto really means pronto (fast/soon) . Wings were well cooked with a soft layer of chicken skin lightly seasoned . The pizza is as simple as it can get, but still filling. For fast food and a quick bite this is definitely one stop to make when in a hurry. The price itself in my opinion does not much the quality of the pizza , especially if it’s not freshly made and just sitting in a warm shelf waiting to be picked. Sometimes if you get lucky it seems that you can be one of the first to get a fresh out of the oven pizza as soon as it gets to the shelf ( or just order one fresh made).
Fabiola the suppose manager I told her that one of her workers was on her cell phone and preparing food and also notice the manager doing the same she said she had no control over that

Pizza was great. Location is clean just short on staff and for the same reason they don't answer calls.
