Order Wrong!I placed my order from Panera direct website. They left out 2 of my items. I called the store directly spoke with a person name Cori. Explained what happened she attempted to redirect to DoorDash. I told her my order was not placed through the 3rd party. I placed it on their website and they delivered it through DoorDash so the error is still theirs as they packed my order wrong. She claimed she was the manager but can’t give refund for difference of order as items was missing. Do not order from this location or matter fact don’t do delivery. They don’t want to honor their mistakes
5/25 @ 2:40 p.m.This location was cool until whomever prepared my salad did the laziest prep ever.Who eats the hard end of a romaine?I for sure won't return. I'd rather purchase from a non lazy location. This was so disappointing.
ordered an Asian sesame salad and it's pretty much JUST spinach (because they were out of romaine) there was 3 or 4 wantons, NO almonds, NO cilantro, and my chicken was literally FROZEN ! it was so disappointing.. I didn't expect it to be anything special but MY CHICKEN WAS FROZEN .. like it cracked into 2 pieces so I called to speak to a manager and someone answered and hung up. Unacceptable !
I was really looking forward to tasting the Chipotle chicken avocado melt and then i did and kinda disappointed.Dont get me wrong flavor is good but doesn't look anything like the picture. To start almost no chicken at all and didn't feel the chipotle flavor. Cheese is good though. Avocado slices nope more like a smashed avocado in a tiny corner.corner.
The staff in charge of the to go orders should get re-trained, seeing the previous reviews getting orders wrong is a common thing here.
I picked up an order in South Gate The guys (not the ladies) were talking and they didn’t get my order right so I had to come back twice in order to get the order correctly… horrible customer service…if the employees are only joking and looking at their phones they will always make mistakes …they need to pay attention… you guys are wasting people’s time
I always come with my bf to Panera we always get the cheddar soups so they’re never correct with out orders we always have missing bread and no spoons and last time on a Friday we found a small hair in my soup and it was so gross ! Worst Panera ever !!
Jessica & Larissa was so amazing this evening. Jessica was very patient and polite to me as I placed my order. Even though the espresso machine was not working for my usual Caramel Latte, Jessica recommended me to try the new strawberry ? mint ? drink. I loved ittttt so much!!!! Larissa was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this Panera location.It’s clean, spacious, well lit and very calm/welcoming ☺️
This store makes their own hours. We were at the drive through at 9:38pm andThey didn’t say anything they just ignored a the cars that were in line. they continue to do what ever they were doing inside. After they saw a long line someone came to the window and said they were closed. They said they have different hours. Someone that was there told them the hours are 6am to 10pm but she didn’t care . She just closed the window. Super rude
Its a great place to eat with plenty of healthy choices to choose from. The menu is diverse and the food is amazing. Would definitely recommend the Chipotle Avocado Chicken Melt.
