THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!Skinny bone Jones serving our food gave us such misery portions of everything!!My kids did NOT get full, seemed like the food barely tickled their guts!Never going back, and definitely not recommending this place to anyone I know.He unacknowledged us, we asked if he could give us more veggies and shrimp, because he served only 4 !!Such stingy and shiesty place!!

I agree! this store needs a new manager. Harold (manager) is very rude he denies the validity of customers statements. He answers the phone very rudely and hangs up the phone on the customers. He truly doesn't care about the restaurant nor his customers. I hope he's not rude to the employees, as they are the ones working with him,I will definitely, will not be returning to this panda.

Food was Great, customer service was friendly and courteous.

Food Is Delicious but NEEDS a new Manager he was really rough on ME and In My expectations I though HE was Just in a bad MOOD. I suppose The Manager is wearing BLACK It’s Just A NO for Me. Other than that it’s just perfect ?

Manager was kind enough to greet us but her employee who served us was rude and in a bad mood for no reason. It was 8:30, tried to sit down to eat my food and she proceed to scream (while still helping a customer) that dine in was closed, but they close at 9 that's a whole 30 minutes in between. Need more competent people in this location.

I went today 7/11/2021I ordered and went to pay and the worker attending the cashier was ADNREW. He rings me up my total is $30 I try to pay with my 100 dollar bill and he automatically tells me there is no change doesn’t check the register or anything. I told him this is all I had and if he could check how much change he has. He refused and was not trying to find a solution at all. I guess the manager heard us going back and forth because she came over and told him there was actually enough change. He looked mad and grabbed my bill took it to one of the cooks to check it the cook said it was good and he came back and proceeded to check it again in my face and then he checked it a second time it was very weird and uncomfortable. I was just trying to pay for my food and be gone but instead I got held up for an extra 10 min by ANDREW. Once I paid he didn’t say thank you or have a good day extremely low standards on customer service towards paying customers. I will not be returning to this locations maybe they will learn to appreciate their customers a little more. And by the looks of the previous reviews on this establishment poor customer service is common there.

I believe that they need to be customer oriented. Treat the customer like he/she is the most important person in your store. Prices are high and sometimes servings are skimpy...

Great food but they serve very little food like as if the employees have to pay for the extra food that was served to you....

Worst experience here, they had almost nothing made, they had to make it all, waited more than 10 min for brocoli beef, honey walnut shrimp, creeme cheese raggon and chicken and string beens, 5 employees and almost no customers we were 3 people only waiting on the side. Dalia the girl atending wasn't very good, She had a slight attitud. The people in front of me had more than 10 min waiting
