Food was cooked satisfactory but the service was slow I think I waited about 30 mins for my order.
Didn't get what I ordered and the things I did get my mom wanted it she was still hungry and she ate the 2 tacos I had she said one was good but the other one had hair in it a lot of hair and my mom has stage 4 Cancer never eating at jacks any more ?
Managers are lazy the food was cold and over worked the workers. The managers attitude is what topped it off . Customers should be right and she had a smart mouth with customers and over heard it with workers when placing and complaining about my order.

First time ever eating at Jack and the box, truck driver from mia.fl and let me say the best local fast food joint PERIOD. They should open one out in the 305 no doubt.BTW reminded me of the Jorge lopez show. "MY FRIEND'S ARE FINE THANK'S!!!!?WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE DRIVING UP TO CALI. ????
