Today 06/10/22I called today at 10:27 amI got food poisoning, from last night. Around 11:30-12pmI called and talk to the manager she brushed me off. She seemed like she couldn't be bothered with this. I told I had tacos, and chicken sandwichs. She told me it takes 4 hours and that I need my receipt in order to see what I had.This was the worst day and worst customer service experience I've had.
Just once I would like to go an order in the drive thru. Firstly be friendly like In n Out. The person fills your request for your purchase correctly! When I ask for fresh fries,please. Please don't give me things I didn't order. And lastly if they have timer for your Service,then please serve the public properly!!! We spend our money right is Fair!!
Food was so good. Definitely going back soon.

It's been in that corner for many yrs a very good place to get breakfast on the run love the jumbo plater bkfast
When I got home there were food items that I ordered missing. Then, the food that I brought home was cold. Always check your bag before leaving the window.

I am a little disappointed that still up to now, they don't open dining rooms, and they are not more 24 hrs. Service. Please Jack in the Box from San Clemente, do not let us down ! We spent years, and years stopping by in our driving to San Diego!
