First time I tried this location and it was good. Everything was perfect. This location is the best so far as far as service. They have prepackaged "kits" I guess I would call them. They have your napkins, fork for the fries, extra spread, and yellow chilli peppers already to go in a little baggie. You don't even have to ask for it they give this baggie to you with all the stuff you need. I forgot you could ask for those peppers I guess since I never go inside I haven't seen them served at In & out in a while. As far as the food, I don't know if It was because I was starving but the burger was perfect. I'm not big on fries but they were good also. I got them animal style this time and they were very tasty. Line was long but moved fast. Wait time was about 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon so not bad.
Great customer service. Bring patience as there's always some wait time. Food is always on point, live their crispy fries & protein burger. 5⭐??
I love In-N-Out and last night was no exception. The Double-Double was perfect as was were my animal style french fries. The drive-through and counter service seemed to move quickly.
Just went in for a quick lunch and the server who helped me probably misunderstood our interaction. Her name on the reciept is Jazmin Ar. I wear 2 masks so I understand I have to speak louder then most. I asked for the #1 no cheese and she repeated back to me no onion to which I said no just no cheese everything else regular but to make the burger animal style. I assume she took that as attitude instead of volume since I had to speak up and was rude for the rest of my order. I also work in food service. Don't ruin another's day by assuming something. Thanks for that.
I pulled up behind a truck seconds apart. They took the trucks order and shut off the box right after. I pulled up to the window and no one even look over to me or bothered to tell me they won't take my order. Wasted 15 minutes and went to jack in the box instead. Foods good but the service has tanked.
