It took a while to be acknowledged...I had to let them know TWICE I was there to pick up an online order. I arrived 10 minutes after being placed and it had not been started yet. Customer Service has certainly gone down quite a bit at this location last few years. I understand when a store is busy, but simply acknowledging a customer's presence only takes a second or 2. ???
My family and I have gotten a chicken avocado burritos and they did not put a good portion all, it was flat like pancake ,no flavor it just taste like pure beans no seasoning, they're wrapping method was terrible, the employees were careless, the sauces were plain!! They didn't do their job... No love into it. Wouldn't recommend it but Los Angeles Pollo loco does a way better job!!!
Very rude cashiers one young lady when I went around 8 pm was not helpful and made my experience very unpleasant. I told the manager and he didn't do nothing. Manager was useless and rude as well. He is there usually during the day thr times I have gone. New manager should really be considered

They don’t have chicken by 8pm. Not good service after 7pm they close early before 9pm. Not good for those that work late. Love Pollo Loco.
Just a suggestion for this location, count the chicken before you give it to your customers, I paid for 16 pieces and they only gave me 14. And please answer your phone.
They were fast.Although I went during lunch time at 12.30pm they got me out real fast.Great customer service!!!
Double chicken tostada, that's my order everytime. Staff are very friendly and try their best to have your order ready as soon as possible
These people aren’t aware of State and City laws. I got asked for a vaccine card to be able to dine inside, which I always do. The card is only required in Los Angeles city. Duarte is L A County. These cashiers have been misinformed. I will not be returning to this place. I did have a negative Covid test card, but no one asked for it.
