I called to place a order of two tacos and the lady says “sorry but give me one second” she proceeds to leave me on the line for 15 mins finally I arrived and I told them I tried placing an order over the phone I look down and see the phone just left near the register. Mind this I’m still on the phone while I bring it to their attention. I feel like they do this quite often expecting customers to call and then just hang up after waiting too long
I love pollo Loco but I hate the long lines inside or drive through is the same things always
Beans were spoil, rice was burnt and so was the chicken and dry.. had to give the chicken to my dog. Get it together pollo loco!
COLD CHICKEN!!!! I have removed 2 starts because now it's going down hell. I brought a salad and chicken and the chicken tasted old. Like it was reheated ? not so good anymore and this also happened to my friend she also rates this place 2 or 1 startChicken is good. Sometimes it's undercook and haveBlood inside, but sometimes.Nachos are the best, they don't put to much chicken so you gotta ask extra (if you want).
I live so close this branch and I used to be a big fan and recommend it all the time, but my last two visits were very frustrating. One time it took almost an hour the send time it took less because I kept complaining it make me feel like the cook was doing it on purpose. He was just talking to a female behind the counter. I used to go at least twice a week I haven’t been there in over a month.
Always have to verify order when ordering online. I am missing something or the drinks are wrong and I have to wait for them. Food taste good though.

Walked in restrooms smell first of all then Restaurant dirty. Okay Ordered my food 3:06 pm waited till 4pm to get my food. I was standing patiently waiting for my number to be called while my food was sitting getting cold. The worker was skipping numbers instead of going in order. Horrible service, workers handling food without gloves. No management everyone lost all over the place ,they don't work as a team. A team member was asking for help while others were ignoring him instead of helping him.
This place never has chicken. Every time I come here there is a 45 or more wait time for chicken ??! They are so rude also seems like they hate working here they don’t apologize for the wait or give any explanation or try to make up for the wait at least offer a free drink. Chips or guacamole .
The food is good, service kinda sucks, but have to zonk this place because they close at random times and put cones on the drivethru at random hours.
