I don't remember a time this store has gotten my order right. I have issues every time. Most of the time, they fix the issue. Today was not satisfactory.
I ordered through the app, I kept it simple. The drivers they send DO NOT pay attention where they are delivering. They gave me someone else’s order… The driver went back, I called just in case so I can tell them the missing items. Still didn’t complete the order.
They are pretty quick at getting your order, most of the time. Some atitude from the cashier but nothing mayor, she was having a bad day. Overall, will come back again and again.
I regret to say that this branch may be the worst one I have ever ordered from. Not only do they ALWAYS mess up my orders they have the worst customer service. The worst. The customer service policy is "WOW" the customer. They did wow me by how little they care about the business and the customers. I am not the only one because when I walked in to return the pizza there was a couple arguing about their pizza. The cashier tried to tell them they were wrong then proceeded to find their order on the rack. I hate bad reviews but this place is the worst.
I would like to give 5 stars to the deliver driver, Italu, because he always delivers my pizza on time , and fresh pizza ?. Thank you Italu!
Bad service, they gave me a spoil Ceasars Salad. After arriving to solve issue, assistant Manager Francisco, was busy with a customer to put on his mask and customer was not complying. Was there for additional 25 minutes. Finally when I was assistance, was not able to refund my salad. So sad and disappointed I should off never order dinner here.
Terrible service. They never get your order right. Pizza looks like they forgot to add the toppings. Make sure you look at your pizza before paying, best if you don't go there at all.
The pizza is good and the pizza is cooked well.
This five stars is specifically for the delivery driver Sandra, our order included a soda and the kitchen staff failed to give her the soda to be delivered so when she realized that it was missing she went out of her way to go buy us a 2 liter soda out of her pocket. She fixed their mistake and had no problem with it. She was a very sweet lady and we thank her so much for being someone that still thinks of the customer and not just a job to be done.
Always good ? making my son happy with his pasta and myself with the wings .
