I don't eat here much but I was running late and thought i would get a burger for me and I was amazed at how delicious it was. It was probably the most juiciest I've ever had. Makes me want to go eat one right now.
I live across the street from a carls but I usually drive 8 mins here for a superstar or big Carl. Burgers are usually fresh and juicy. Cashiers are always nice.
When I first tried the chicken tenders, I was really surprised at how juicy and tender they actually were. I bought some from this location and was extremely disappointed by what I received instead. I was probably one of the unlucky ones that got the old stale food sitting around during a slow night. Because of that, I won't be coming back to this location for a long time, if ever again. You might save a few bucks getting rid of old food this way, but it will cost you a returning costumer.
Manager would not honor price on board. As you can see on the menu the hot honey combo is 6.99, that's what I wanted for and apparently that was not the correct price. But to top it off the manager has no customer service skills or concern she just said "whatever the machine says is the price is the price". SMH that's was some of the laziest and off putting service ever, and to top it off the restroom smells like sewage ??.
I used to be a regular visitor of this Carl's Jr for the past 3 years. Today, I was very dissatisfied with their service with $6.99 Original Burger that I ordered together with Santa Fe $7.49 and $3.39 Large Fries. I was forced to make 3 entire trips from home back and forth. First, because they wrapped the burger with Big Carl wrappings instead of usual burger boxing. Second, they insisted the burger was indeed the Original Burger, but the appearance of the burger was that of Big Carl with single small patty that did not look like 1/3 LB from my past experience as well as with very small tomato that you can't even see without lifting and breaking the burger apart, not to mention there was only one tomato inside instead of two unlike in the photo. On my last come back to their drive-thru, they finally made the new Original Burger with proper tomatoes and boxing, without any apologies. This is the worst treatment as well as the product I was expecting from the fast food franchise that asks for very high price for their foods.I specifically visited today because my father loved the Original Burger and wanted to eat it, after today's bad service, we were upset and decided to never use this place again.
Good place clean,no people in that time, restroom tables parking space drive thru.Ok place.
This hamburgers are better than McDonald's
One cashier was handilng the station. The burger bun was soggy and unedible. Smh.
