Max has been our server twice. He's been pleasant helpful both times. Our orders were correct. He makes sure the dining room and bathroom are clean.
Love the food for a quick bite. Breakfast is not bad either.
Just found something inside my iced coffee ?Not sure what that was, but it was disgusting! I used to come here all the time but their service and sanitation has gone downhill

If I can give this store a 0 star I would but, horrible experience with the management. Just one in particular due to the pandemic I’ve been using mobile app to order my food or whatever but this is the only place that has issues with there mobile app and aren’t fully aware of how to even use it. I can go to Taco Bell have issue and the managers are super kind to show me how to cancel my order or where to go to get my refund back. But hard times are here and I felt customers should be there #1 priority and if they have a problem they should know how to fix it as managers. They aren’t trained to not sure why they have managers I feel there crew are nicer than the manager that just talked me down that she didn’t know how to help me and that’s my problem to call the app when I don’t even know how to fully use there app specifically but importantly if your store is going to be using a way to also bring customers as mobile orders your entire staff should be aware of how to help customers when the app is having issues or the order is not received on there end it’s business I’m Trying to give trying to buy your product which means the staffs should treat there customers correctly and not rude especially when it’s a manager. Not going to bother calling or going to the store and complain because if the manager is rude and uneducated I can’t imagine the type of store manager they have. Not going there anymore will stick with McDonald’s or something else. Super bad experience.

It's supper good. Burgers 100% good! Chicken sandwich not so much! Go to Jack in the box for a chicken sandwich.
They got my order wrong twice. They took forever getting my food ready and it was cold and stale. My chicken was pink from the inside (it was not cooked right) and my French fries were soggy.
Charged me for wrong order,drive thru menu is completely broken/black. My whopper wasn't prepared the way I wanted it...place looks a bit dirty outside
