Friendly service and nice store.
My slurpee was not free as indicated and when asked if we can get large lids for the slurpee was told they are next to machine but none.
This 7/11 was the only one open in the area around 2 am
I don’t write reviews at all but after seeing the reviews for this store, I feel like I should be obliged too. I go to this 7 Eleven frequently and so far I have not seen any bad service from anybody! There are new staff and old staff and they have never ONCE discriminated me or yelled at me. The place is always clean and spotless and they follow COVID protocol. I apologize if anybody has gone through bad service but I assure you it’s 100% better than it was a year ago!
The latino guy who works in the morning name Jesus is a very humble and kind worker and offers great service and I always see him working.
The girls are nice.
I wouldn't recommend going to this 7-11 because one day me and my mother went to get something to drink and my mom was asking the employee if they had more cups and he responded in a nasty mood an also curse at her
If I could give a zero star review I would This is the only 7-Eleven I've ever been to that doesn't have a trash receptacle outside near the entrance. I walked in and asked the clerk where the trash was, he pointed to the outside bin about 30 yards away that's is behind a closed fence. I said, "no the trash can outside?" He kept pointing to the bin. I noticed a small sign at the base near the register that read (you guessed it) "trash". So I proceeded to throw my Hot dog tray (that was from 7-Eleven btw) in that trash, when he started shouting at me in who knows what language. I then walked over to the cooler to select a nice cold non-alcoholic beverage, as he continued to tell at me, "go!" That I couldn't buy anything. Needless to say I will never set foot in this location ever again. SMH
Nice looking store but customer service needs some work..
I work on a 7 eleven myself and I understand there is work to do but the night shift guy rejected my entrance cause he needed to sweep yet allowed someone else in. To be honest I felt discriminated. For sure will never bring my business here again. Bad customer service for a new location. And if you see in the picture he's only on his phone.
