Mind blowing flavors that satisfied everyone !
Always a pleasure and a treat to be in Sonoma and be able to eat at such a fabulous restaurant. Probably my most favorite in the country. Always a friendly and attentive staff, fresh farm to table food.
Outdoor shaded Patio beautiful felt like French Bistro in country
I had my go-to dish at The Girl & the Fig - wild flounder meunière with yukon potato purée. It was outstanding although I think if I cooked my shoe in that much butter & added the potatoes, it would be tasty. Server was quite knowledgeable & professional.
Wonderful food and outstanding service! Only one complaint: We ordered a few different desserts. One was below average. Our server and the manager spoke. We learned it was being removed from the menu and probably shouldnât have been offered. The manager took the cost of that dessert off our bill. All in all, it was a wonderful evening.
If you can get Seth as your waiter, do so. Service as great as the amazing fresh food simply prepared by a genius in the kitchen.
The hostesses were friendly and efficient, and able to change my outdoor reservation to indoors at a nice table. Our waiter was outstanding, explaining three items that most diners might not be familiar with. He kept checking our table to see if we needed anything. He brought extra grilled bread for my husband's mussels and my duck mousse. He was quick with bringing more drinks. We enjoyed our food. The only downside was a child at the next table who screamed regularly at a high pitch (she was not a baby) throughout our entire meal. This is not a reflection on the Girl & the Fig. We also had drinks at the bar the following night and later a nightcap at the bar. Great bartenders.
Amazing anniversary dinner! Thanks to the whole G&F team!
Pleasant welcome, seated quickly on comfortable outdoor patio. Food, as always, was excellent. Service (Thankyou, Linda) was spot on!
Delicious food - innovative menu. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Welcoming, charming venue on patio. Our Go-To restaurant for 20 years.
