This was an awesome experience. This is the highlight of our trip. We are going home to share what we learned and make more cheese in our recipes for our friends and family. Great class, great teachers, great cheese!!
Had a great time making ricotta cheese. The owns are wonderful, fun and entertaining. They gave us awesome ideas for home cooking parties. I would recommend this for any group or couple looking for unique afternoon in the Napa /Sonoma area.
I attended the cheesemaking class with my team, while we were in Sonoma for an annual offsite. Overall, it was such a wonderful and tasty experience! Who knew that cheesemaking could be so easy and technical at the same time! Also, during the downtime (when the milk was heating up), we were able to explore the open kitchen (so many treats!), fill up on a decadent charcuterie board, and sip some fine rosé. My team had a blast. Sheana and Ben were so thoughtful and easy to be around. 11/10 would recommend their cheesemaking session!
We went to The Epicurean Connection for a corporate gathering and it was incredible. Ben and Sheana are a joy to partner with and tailored the entire event to our needs. They were patient, knowledgeable and welcoming. THANK YOU, from SCA Health, for the wonderful time!
We attended the cheesemaking class as part of a Bachelorette weekend, and this was truly the highlight! Ben and Sheana were extremely warm and generous, even sending us with extra ricotta for the lasagna we planned to make that evening. If you’ve seen their videos, they are just as friendly and inviting in person. Their storytelling really made us feel like honorary members of the cheesemaking community. The steps are easy to follow, we learned a lot, and the final product was easy to recreate at home. I would definitely recommend this experience! Also, the products they let us sample were incredible: we bought some of the rose petal raspberry jam and balsamic vinegar to take home, and the whole family has been put on a ration! DO NOT forget to take home some jam!!

This was one of the best ventures we have ever done on vacation. We learned how to make cheese while having fun. The owners are the instructors and they were so polite and personable. If you’re ever in Sonoma, call this place and schedule a class.
I can't say enough how much my sister and I enjoyed Sheana's cheese making class. Sheana and Ben could not have been more hospitable! We enjoyed delicious wine while sampling delicious cheeses. The class was informative and the cheese we made was delicious. We also were sent home with not only the recipe to make it ourselves, but we also received a cheese ladle and cheese cloth. Our husbands' fishing trip got cancelled and Sheana gave them suggestions about where they could go while we were in our class. At the end of the class when the hubbies returned, they invited them in for a glass of wine. Take this class or check out their shop, you won't be sorry! Thanks Sheana!
