When we drove in from an hour away, we found out the restaurant was CLOSED! Why are they still taking reservations? Been there several times before & liked itâ¦.very disappointed with the lack of professionalismâ¦..not fun to figured out a new place to eat at the last minuteâ¦..
We had a reservation and the depot hotel was closed. That was extremely disappointing because it was for a special occasion and it should not have allowed me to book it if it was closed. I was disgusted.
The depot restaurant was closed. You should not be taking reservations. It looks as if they have no plans in opening any time soon. Too bad it use to be an excellent dining experience.
The restaurant was closed, even though we had a reservation!! We had to scramble to find another place to dine in Sonoma on a Saturday night. I used to LOVE Depot Hotel, but since the ownership changed, it has gone downhill. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

After making our reservation at the DEPOT HOTEL RESTAURANT in Sonoma, and receiving a Confirmation and follow up email to Confirm we were coming, we and our guests from out of town arrived on time for our dinner reservation only to find the restaurant locked up. We later learned that the DEPOT HOTEL RESTAURANT went out of business during COVID! WHY DOESN’T OPENTABLE KNOW THIS? We were very disappointed!

We had a great family dinner on the patio before Christmas. Everything we ate was delicious and I really appreciate how friendly and attentive our waitress was the whole evening.
