Let me tell you what. GINA Is a Saint. I was having a good day & forgot the time & forgot about the time. She honored the price & went above and beyond for me. People like Gina make my day.
Half of our order was someone else’s order, I got it home and did not have anything that my wife had ordered. My craving box was gone but she didn’t get her burrito and tacos that she ordered customized.
The store closed almost an hour early. I wasn't the only person to have gone through the drive through disappointed. Looks to have a full staff of people

I forgot my iced coffee and left and they came after me and gave me my iced coffee and the iced coffee was rlly good so 5 stars

Mad props to the Sonoma Taco Bell.It's reliable. They make my order correct 99% of the time (honestly, that's a record for a Taco Bell) and it's recently been renovated.The property is always tidy and the staff is efficient, friendly and always throws in extra hot sauce - woot!Never had a bad experience at this TB. Proud to call my hometown Bell.
The issue I have with this location is that the drive-thru restrictions, having a taller vehicle with ladders that won't fit because of a canopy is frustrating, I can get thru other locations but not in Santa Rosa & it's even worse when the lobby is closed. IMO not a good business decision TB
The employees were nice and helpful too with the app.
