The butter salad had no taste. I ordered the steak medium and it was well done.

The food is very tasty and our server was ACES - loved her. The only tiny scruple was the maitre d'h, who was quite reluctant to seat us a few minutes before our reservation even though there were almost no one at the tables. Her point is that the servers were busy, so we should stand around for 10 minutes instead of waiting SEATED at the table. Management should review this policy. I often feel that the person doing the seating revels in her tiny bit of power to inconvenience.
We had a great meal and service was impeccable with Forest as our host! Started off with oysters and peach burrata and they were excellent. Then I had the Black squid linguine with mussels, prawns and sea urchin butter, wow!!! My partner had the braised pork chop with a blueberry jus that was also fantastic! While the dining room could use a little upgrade, the meal and service was terrific. Two meals, with starters, 4 drinks and dessert rung in at $200 even. The value is great! Thank you!
The ambience is great. Quiet enough to have a nice conversation leading to a real relaxing experience. The waiter was outstanding ( Dennis). I had the pork chop and it was truly one of the best I have ever had. The wine list is great.

Excellent experience. Bison Carpaccio was over the top good- the high service level continued- Mario also provided the dish for us while we were relaxing poolside at the spa. Rib-eye was perfect and broccolini was delicious. We will return!
