Not enough business to keep the premade food fresh looking. When a claimed frequent Panda customer pointed this non appetizing point out, the management later complained with employees about the customers' concern after they left. This is a clean and friendly Panda, but don't hesitate to ask for your item to be made fresh if the premium made items look old.
The first time I bought food there it was good. The second time it wasn't.
Pretty good and fast service
If you have any food allergies, you may want to avoid eating here - or do your own research because the staff was clueless and the opposite of helpful. I asked if there was anything gluten free and the employee was clearly unsure when she told me that everything was. Being suspicious and cautious, I asked her to double check. She came back with the manager who confidently reassured me that their food was all gluten free, even when I asked about the sauces. Happy to hear that, I ordered my food and left. Luckily I decided to check their nutrition facts online because sure enough almost EVERYTHING has gluten. Upon walking in and asking for a refund due to the false information, I did not hear an “I’m sorry” or anything of the sort. The manager was instead angrily whispering to the employee infront of me about something she had done wrong and begrudgingly handed me back the cash. Even if you don’t have a food allergy, the rudeness is enough to keep me and my SO from coming back.
Terribly rude service. The “manager” was yelling at staff and customers. When I pointed out that one of our plates had significantly less of a portion than the other, and could they please correct it, she was dismissive and curt. Not impressed. Will not frequent this location again. Can’t imagine they’ll last too long in Sonoma.
If I can give no starts I would. There was this one older lady, probably the manager, yelling at the other workers. It was completely disrespectful especially when you have customers in front of you. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this panda. Don’t mind driving to Petalumas Panda because they are nice to their customers.
The food taste like it was sitting out all day The noodles were dry give you small portions everything was overcooked had no flavor if I could I would give them zero stars Will never eat there again I will stick with Amy's if I'm going to do a fast food place
Came off as rude and walked away while I was trying to explain my order a number of times. Then told me I could wait outside while they finished a entree for one of my meals.
The food was cold, and when I approached the manager, he hit on me.
