The night of June 11, 2022 Murphy's was chosen as the after (wedding) party location for whoever was interested in joining us. It was not very full when we arrived pretty late (maybe 10:30 PM) which was nice for our group as we certainly filled the whole outside area. Probably 30 of us there? We were served and treated graciously and we really appreciated that. Choosing Murphy's was a nice ending to a very fun and meaningful day!
I felt so comfortable here. I like a pub atmosphere. Good fish tacos and a bar...not just wine. It is off the beaten path but worth the trip down the alley!
My wife left her Mother's Day card on the table at a family dinner, and came back the next day to find it on a clipboard left out where we were sitting. Special thanks to the people who didn't just throw it away. We told owner how much we appreciated their thoughtfulness.Also, a GREAT place for outdoor music and a fun time. Good food too!!
Great Irish coffee, atmosphere and Live music! Tables outside. Pretty alley. Great place for watching a game or having a beer too.
Best food I ever ate in an irish pub. Big portions at reasonable prices. Especially for downtown Sonoma. Great service and beautifully stocked full bar. ?
The food is always very good, the service great and the staff very friendly. If you get to Sonoma you must visit Murphy’s Irish Pub. You will not be disappointed.
Fun place to visit for St Patrick’s Day. Live music, Irish food, Guiness, and Roe & Co. I also saw 10 year old Old Rip Van Winkle on the top shelf of you’re inclined.
I have been coming here for years, usually for the Trivia nights. Food was always fine, but not spectacular and when it changed ownership in the last couple years the prices went up quite a bit. Good place to find some UK and Irish beers.
