Usually pretty quick and correct orders.
So I've ordered the Dip and Crunch special twice. It's a good burger, but I haven't been given any dip either time despite requesting it. I tried calling the store but no response three times in a row. This is about the store in Sonoma, CA 95476.
Loved it here amazing food until they hired a new rude employee. Didn’t even care for his name but he wasn’t wearing his mask and wiped his nose before giving me my food? And when I got home I realized he gave me the completely wrong order.
Went through drive thru tonight and came home to find out that they had got the order wrong they left out a meal seems there always forgetting or messing up something lately and the food don't even taste the same anymore and seems like they don't look into quality of product as they can't even keep there property maintained I mean how long has that fence been broken in the drive thru one of these days its going to fall over completely and hit something or someone and then there going to have a real problem on there hands and by then it be to late to do anything so disappointing
Sourdough sandwich was not made to my expectation. Usually the Sourdough should be nice and crispy like a toast but I found it to be quite soggy. Staff may just need better training on how to prepare that sandwich but to me the Sourdough sandwiches are part of what make Jack in the Box great
Usually you guys get 5 stars for great food & great service.... But the last few times i've ordered the food was made very sloppy and with no care.I kinda pushed it aside but I can no longer do that. I just ordered Tacos & A Stacked Grilled Cheese Burger - The Tacos were amazing as always - BUTThe burger came very cold not grilled, no lettuce, no mayo,, the cheese just looked like it was thrown in there... The burger patty ALONE was the only thing I ate and it was good. I'm very saddened by this.... I've also called a few times to let you guys know and get hung up on or no answer.Come on you guys I know you can do better!
This is the only fast food open late so I'm forced to go here when I'm working. 2 stars for their hours. 1 star for the following: The quality of service and food has gone down hill fast and far while the prices rise. Every time I go through the drive through they mess up my order. I always check before I go home and have to go back around to get them to correct my order, which only gets fixed maybe half the time. Their drinks taste like bath water and they say there is nothing they can do about it. Maybe try cleaning the machine or stop selling the slightly carbonated piss water. Employees get very irritated and rude when asked to correct orders, and make the corrections take forever. You don't want to do it twice, do it right the first time!
Poor service, very rude, food never is correct and lucky if u get someone who understands what your ordering
I’ve been to this location a few times and every time there is a new issue. I’ve tried to give it a break and brush things off as a one off, but this is becoming a trend. Between missed items and packaging issues, there seems to always be an issue. My latest issue is that we specifically ordered items that we did not receive (two dessert items) but we couldn’t even circle back to dispute it because there was no receipt to prove our case. It was a late night order after a long day of rehearsal and performance so we were just trying to get in and get out. But even without us double checking, we should have received everything we asked and paid for. This is unacceptable. I know this is the only late night food service establishment in the area, but we still should receive good service.Update: I’ve returned back here during their reported business hours (on Google and on their actual drive thru window) and was told that they close at 1 am on Saturday when the reported time is 2 am. I also never heard back from their headquarters after filling out their form on the website. I’m definitely never returning here and I will discourage others from coming here as well.
