Great experience with Highway 12 wine and Janet. Patio seating was warm but had a lovely ambiance. The Winery tasting room was confusing to find since the winery seemed to be boasting 3 names—Highway 12, Highwayman, The Barn. We went around the building trying to see which one was the recommended one.Janet was great at assuring we were in the correct location for ALL THREE! she guided us through several wines and kept a constant on us.By the end of our tasting, we had two great dinner recommendations and places starred for return trips. We will diffidently be back!
Great atmosphere, wonderful wines & an informative experience
The patio of this place was great and tucked away from the main plaza area. Janet was our host taking us through our tastings and was so sweet! She made some suggestions based off of our preferred tastes. Between the great service and delicious wine, I became a member and am looking forward to my Fall delivery. There were several guests there that told us this place was their favorite and even a small group who had gone elsewhere and decided to come back for a glass of wine because this place was the best winery they had tasted!

A couple of changes there on 4/27/19. They charge for tastings, no more Super Tuscan, and they have a tasting room on 121 at the shopping plaza near the big orange chair. I put in my vote for the return of the Super Tuscan. Servers are very friendly and helpful.
Visited here while in Sonoma with our son who is a wine club member here and got a great t discount. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and on the whole a pleasant experience. Visited two other wine tasting venues that day in Sonoma which were far less appealing and in my mind crazy pricing policy.
