Just enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the back patio. The wait staff were so attentive. The tables were well spaced apart. Some people wore masks. Important thing was it was outdoors the ambience was wonderful the food was wonderful the wait staff was wonderful and I don’t know why we don’t go there more often
We've been here many times before, so perhaps an off night or different staff in the kitchen... No idea. For dinner I ordered the rotisserie duck with wild rice risotto. The duck tasted deep fried and was well over cooked and the risotto was just a pile of wild rice. I hope to come back again, but tonight the food was so far off from the normal I've come to expect when dining here. 2 stars because I know they can do better.
Great authentic Italian food. When you eat there you know how the food is going to taste. Never had a bad meal there.

We went for a simple lunch. I said I had allergies (onions/garlic) and the waiter joked that I was in the wrong restaurant. He said Italians use a lot of garlic. I know. I am Italian..but also I travel in Italy with no issue, so that was a bit odd. I said a simple caprese salad was fine, just let the kitchen know to leave off any onions or garlic. . He served it with a pesto sauce on it that is definitely not safe for me. I asked for a salad without the sauce, just tomatoes and mozzarella. He brought a new one with a huge pile of onions. I decided not to bother sending it back again, ate a little bit from the other side. Just .... disappointing when I wasn't asking for anything fancy. The back area is pretty and cool on a hot day. The food looked good around us. If you have no allergies, I think it would be a nice find. I can not recc for anyone with food issues though.
What a wonderful experience, the food was amazing, the roast Petaluma duck was spectacular, as was the gnocchi.
We enjoyed a delicious Italian dinner at Della Santina’s. Fresh, homemade pastas and desserts. Really terrific quality of the food. From everything we ordered (Caesar salad, lasagna, mushroom ravioli and lemon tart). Even the house wine was great. Charming ambiance sitting in a covered and heated outdoor patio. The restaurant was full, but the tables seated well distanced apart. Would recommend!
Authentic Italian and rustic outside decor. Penne contadina was excellent. Dolce Del Giorno desert was also fantastic. I had this instead of tiramisu at the staffs’ recommendation and it did not disappoint!
My husband and I stopped here while visiting Sonoma for our 25th wedding anniversary and were greeted by the very welcoming Rob at the front. I enjoyed the buttery, melt in your mouth gnocchi and my husband loved the Clam linguine. Our outstanding waiter Giorgio suggested the dessert of the day and the Tiramisu so we opted for traditional Italian Tiramisu. They treated us to both but only charged us for one which was incredibly kind. Almost forgot to mention the bread with dipping oil & vinegar! Let’s just say we bought 2 bottles of the balsamic vinegar to bring home. Atmosphere, staff and food is exceptional. *****
Phenomenal experience with Pablo. Seating was slower than desired but once we sat down the service was amazing, fast and considerate. High quality, fresh pesto. Great tiramisu. We also enjoyed a lovely duck pappardelle. Keep it up Della!
