First time trying this Wing Stop. Store is kind of dark and old. Owner might want to remodel it. The most disappointing thing is the Boneless Wings, which is False Advertising. It's NOT the wings deboned but it's just the nuggets. So if you like dark meat, don't fall for that. Won't be going back sorry!

I've been here 3 times and on 3 occasions I observed the manager on duty, each time in greater detail and while the end game delivery on taste, attention to detail, quality and accuracy were 10/10... I couldn't help but notice the mod become increasingly irritated if things weren't done his way. It got to the point where the associate at the register apologized to me for his behavior (talking down to, berating, and chastising his employees.) The mod actually made his own 5* review it looks like as "Anthony Diaz" and while his review was correct, the way he runs that restaurant is awful when it comes to how he treats his employees. I don't want to come back here if I have to witness that again, it was so awkward. I hope management strongly considers a refresher course on code of conduct and possibly anger management for this manager, I'm not even joking.
I have had Wingstop in the past and was not a fan, however my experience at this Wingstop in Simi Valley was ok. The customer service was great. The food was fresh and the wings were a REALLY NICE size! The fries...well let's not talk about those.
Wings are always reliably good quality. I like the flavor options!
went there for dinner and didn’t get any of my ranches i paid for. the food was soggy and not seasoned well.
Horrible customer service at this location not only did they miss 4 pieces of my chicken. The pieces were so tiny it looked like they got hungry and ate some of my food. They also gave us a super small portion of fries and when I asked about it I was told they weigh their fries and are under staffed so they couldn’t remake my cold fries after I drove 30 min back. When I asked for a supervisor I was told there was NO supervisor on duty. Aracely needs to go back to training days and give better customer service. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
