It’s a great location. These burgers are amazing. I got the Santa Barbara char which is a burger with two Pattie’s, cheese, and guacamole and sourdough and it is the bomb. The price is nice and I feel like you get a lot more for what you pay than you do at in n out. This is the best California fast food burger hands down. The fries are great and their shakes are amazing. Enjoy.
Based on all the glowing reviews on TripAdvisor, we popped in for a late lunch. There were several accommodation options in this interesting old building, both inside and outside in a very pleasant backyard. Good - the balance menu caters for a fairly wide variety of items and we enjoyed our 'Howie' burger and coleslaw brussels although the latter could have been a bit more interesting with some more nuts and dried fruits. Our drinks, especially the room, were excellent. The only negative was the very slow service (when only one-third of the tables were occupied) - perhaps due to us not even a young inexperienced waiter.
Cubano Sandwich is too salty and too much dressing ? I can't eat it. Chocolate Shake too creamy, but other than that Service is good ? and friendly staff ?
I have always loved the habit for how fresh their food is. I went last night to pick up food for me and my family and waited over 15 minutes for my tracker to vibrate, only for them to tell me that they had to remake everything because they gave my food to someone else. The manager showed zero care or remorse for this. Then once I got our food, they forgot our fries, green beans, and my nieces juice. In between all of this fiasco, I saw one of the workers picking his nose, and then asking another one of his coworkers if he got everything… I was disgusted. Such a bummer.

They don't know how to cook a hamburger. This is the second time in a row that I get home, bite into my burger only to find it raw. Couldn't eat it, so it ended up going to the dogs... really disappointed.

I really appreciated the customer service however my food was soggy, there was pieces of lettuce stuck to the bread, and their was large pieces of charred something on my bread. my boyfriends sandwich was a 70% fat to meat ratio which also wasn’t appreciated. and there was a piece of paper burn onto one of my onion rings.
