Since Covid it seems all customer service is non existent. Every time I’ve ordered something from here food is missing, from fries, or extras we pay for, to a sandwich!! I would expect the order to be checked especially when they are not busy. I try to talk to someone on the phone and all I get is a canned apology and told I wasn’t transferred correctly, AND the person I need doesn’t work on Saturday!! Oh well, another place I will not return to. Sad day in Simi, yet again.
We were so pleased with the service here. We arrived at opening and the manager took our order. He gave suggestions on some menu items and was very helpful. The food was great and the wait was short. By far my favorite menu item is the Santa Barbara char and the tropical iced tea to drink. First time trying the fried green beans and they were great with ranch on the side! Grab a seat outside. The seating and scenery is very enjoyable. The shopping plaza is well maintained and has some beautiful water features to sit by as you enjoy your food.
Very very slow, I had my kids sick in the car and I ordered shakes for curb side I waited 40 m for shakes, when I entered they just hold it on the side, it was so liquidy like water, so bad

Our family has enjoyed dining here for years. Recently in the last few months the burger patty seems smaller and dried out like it is warmed over and not freshly grilled. The burger used to be flavorful and juicy but not any more. Something has definitely changed with the food quality in recent months. Tonight’s visit took much longer than normally to receive the food and at the time of ordering not a lot of customers. Service has been good with friendly workers. Hope they make some improvements.
The breading is crunchy, and the oil they use is fresh!

The food was ok, but the service was very very slow. We ordered head and it still took 20 minutes once I got there at the time they told me before I got my food. Until they figure out their staffing and how to handle a crowd? I recommend you skip this place.
