The pizza here is pretty good but the service and staff are terrible. Ordered online and got a call I'd have to pick up because they were busy. No big deal, went ahead and went to the store at the time I was told. Then as I'm waiting with multiple employees clearly seeing me. I'm ignored, so then I ask for some help and the reply I get is "can't you see were busy?" Definitely not the way to talk to a customer. Won't be going back here.
Awful service. They prefer to fill Door Dash orders than take care of the customers that walk through their door. If you like waiting over an hour to get your food, this is the place for you. Or maybe I didn't tip them enough UP FRONT and that's why they didn't mind making me wait. And yeah, I don't live under a rock but that doesn't mean you couldn't have said you would check on my order or at least make my salad while I waited. The owner made eye contact with me TWICE but kept on doing his thing. I'm sure he never stopped to wonder why I'd been sitting there for such a long time.

Well, besides 1 and a half hours for the delivery service and one of the most bland crusts of all pizzas their pizza is normally good, though lately it has been trending the other way, see the picture of BBQ Chicken Pizza. First of all hardly any chicken, second next to no cilantro, not sure what happened in the kitchen with this one??
What’s less than one star? The employee’s attitudes were unprofessional and their interactions were rude and condescending. After completely butchering our order, when confronted, the staff had the gall to begin to make insinuations that we had purposefully deceived them. Also overheard the staff openly accuse an obviously confused elderly foreign couple of trying to cheat them out of money. Sad to think that a “local, family owned” business would treat fellow local customers this way.Also..it’s not the customer’s fault if you’re “payed in bubble gum”.
Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and Margherita Pizza. The pizza was adequate but, Can anyone find the steak on this sandwich?
Always consistently great pizza! They can be busy at times and hard to reach via phone to place an order, then an hour plus to get your pizza, but the wait is worth it. Very good antipasto salad too.

I had to come here and share my continued satisfaction with East Coast Pizza! Their Xl pizza , wings and Pepsi for 19.99 is an unbeatable value and delicious as well. Delivery is a bit more but is worth it if you’re tired. Do yourself a favor and try this pizza and wings!
They treat lunch hour like it’s a secret menu. I come here a-lot for lunch but it’s getting annoying how you have to ask for a drink when you order by the slice. Because if you don’t ask, they won’t give it to you. I’ll just stick to Panda Express
