I worked there in 1988-89 I can't believe it's still open all these years later. They had the coolest cook who knew Kung fu and flipped me over himself in the kitchen. I think his daughter worked there too. They owned the business then.
The first time we ate here the food was pretty good. The second time it was not. When one of us went to the bathroom, you could smell the excrements of Roaches. We also had Roaches crawling on the seat. It should be closed.
It saddens me to give a one star review. But, to be fair this review is about the service, not about the quality of food. I picked up carry out on my lunch hour and it was incorrect. Mistakes are made and I understand that, but they admitted to not reading the special instructions. So with that being said 1) I didn't get what i ordered 2. I didn't have time to go back for the corrected order 3. They didn’t apologize for their mistake and the inconvenience. I don’t know about you, but with inflation dining out is a luxury and its very expensive and not feeling like a valued customer who supports their business is a slap in the face. Very disappointed in todays treatment on top of being hangry and not eating lunch because of their mistake.
Please don't go here, they give you old food when you order take out, 3 times that we ate here the customer service was horrible, rice was burnt the chow main was stale.
Don’t waste your money with the Simi location. The attitude from the host was completely unnecessary. Moorpark’s location not only tastes better with every item, but their hosts and hostesses are extremely friendly.
We like this restaurant. All the dishes we ordered were good. The fish dish was a little bit salty. The flat noodles were really good. We'd be happy to come back.
Thank you; your plates are always fresh, hot and delicious whether dine-in or delivered. Service also, just perfect makes you go back and/or request delivery Again, thank you ?
Great place for my sons birthday dinner!!
Don't know about the other dishes first time there we had Mongolian which in my opinion was traditionally not sweet the meat was a little overcooked. I saw another table getting the dish and I asked what it was and it was General Tao's chicken. The general taos I would not recommend definitely the Mongolian is okay. The general tiles is loaded with red food coloring and very non-traditional in my opinion. I've never seen any dish like that in a Chinese restaurant and I've been all over the United States and Hong Kong and China. Maybe a sweet and sour dish anyway it was crunchy and didn't have the traditional vinegar sweet and hot flavor of General Tao's chicken
Food is good, but the rudeness of the employees ruin the experience. Don't care how good the food is, Don't forget who pays your bills. I'm personally done coming here
