Went with my daughter's and all my grandkids. Love that we can sit and be served instead of going up and down. Awesome people and service.Love it there!!!!
Nice experience to watch a movie on the big screen. Your staff was great
It has been awhile since we have been. It used to be the it spot to go. Now it's dirty. Not just my seat, but every seat had trash in it. It was disgusting. Very disappointed. We will not be going back.
Recently went to watch a movie. Ordered a popcorn and 2 sodas. Food server added food from someone else's order onto my bill but still didn't fix it. Having the bank revers this.
How are you going to post your phone number online but never answer it. I’m trying to find my wallet and want to see if I left it there but no one ever picks up the phone. I just want to ask about my wallet come on now.
good food + good movie = great times
We went to go see Sing 2 with the kiddos and it was a great movie! The food was okay, kids meal weren’t much. The part that I didn’t enjoy was when we told the sever that they forgot a water. He then rudely told us that we were wrong and that we were the ones that forgot.The attitude and the way they said it just caught us off guard. :/
Wonderful experience at this movie theater. Staff was friendly and helpful. Came here to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home. Food was great. We ordered a cheese pizza, small popcorn and sodas.Love that you can order tickets online or via the SMG app. Food can also be ordered through the app. Just a nice environment where you can take it easy and enjoy a film with friends or family.
It was overall a good experience. The seats are ok but unfortunately they do not recline. They have a button on the seat you can press to call a server and take your order if you want food. I got pizza and wings and the pizza was ok but the wings not so much. One thing that was nice was that the theater was pretty empty. Overall it's a pretty chill spot and the alcohol beverage are definitely cheaper than AMC.
The service was good. Popcorn was good. Movie was excellent. The seats were really, really uncomfortable. Theater 9, in case they're better in other theaters.
